David Hack, CEO
David is leading his fourth start-up company, the first being Your Revolution (ISP) which was founded by David and sold to Earthlink. David then joined Crosslinks, an IT consulting start-up, with responsibility for marketing, sales, and business development. While there David brought sales at Crosslinks from $0 to $50 million dollars through partnership deals with several major corporations, such as Bloomberg and Citibank. After selling the company, David accepted a position to lead sales, business development, and marketing at American Homeowners Association, Inc., developing products for and partnerships with such companies as American Express and Pepsi. He later joined Portero, as their Chief Marketing Officer where he led sales, business development, and marketing for America's leading online luxury marketplace.

John Sfondrini, Chairman
John graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1970, and is the managing partner of the Edge Group, based in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Edge Group is an early stage venture capital firm formed in 1987. Since 2001, Edge Group has sought to invest in high growth companies, whose products have a distinctive technological advantage, funding ten companies for approximately $40MM. During the late 80’s and early 90’s Edge Group focused solely on oil and gas exploration, funding numerous ventures for approximately $40MM. Edge Group often leads the first institutional investment equity round for a company and brings high levels of value to its company partners through its strategic relationships and affiliations.

Wendell Minnick, Director and Founder
Wendell is an experienced entrepreneur, with over twenty-nine years of business experience, building and managing a number of technology companies across different markets including materials technology, energy, electronic retailing and web based business applications for the nonprofit sector where he launched PowersEvents.com and AltruNetwork.com. Mr. Minnick was formerly an Investment Officer at Citibank, a Senior Strategic Manager at IBM World Trade and a Partner at the Dryfus Group (MSC). Wendell received his BA from Principia College and completed his MBA studies in International Business and Finance Studies at the Stern School of Business at New York University. Mr. Minnick is currently the Managing Partner of Nanoholdings, LLC, a nano based investment fund seeking disruptive solutions in the energy sector.
